Cilantro-infused sour cream is a creative addition to any meal begging for a “cream factor”. It works wonders with blackened seafood and chicken dishes and adds just the right amount of coolness to wings and other spicy dishes. Try it with my Baja Shrimp Tacos!
½ C Reduced Fat Sour Cream
2 T Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 T Fresh Lime Juice
1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and chopped
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate until the meal is ready.
